Who we are

This notice covers the keplex.ai waitlist service. It explains what we collect when you sign up and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect:

• The email address you enter.
• The page you signed up on.
• The date and time you signed up.

We do not ask for your name, your address, or any financial information to join the waitlist.

Why we collect it

• To contact you when early access opens.
• To keep fake and automated signups off the list.

Who handles your data

We store waitlist contacts with Loops, our email service provider. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that signups come from real people; it runs silently in the background and processes limited technical data for that check only. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Both act as processors on our behalf.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your data.
• We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
• We do not set tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until you ask us to remove it or until the waitlist closes, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or erase the data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we use it. You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. For other requests, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, contact us through keplex.ai.

Changes

If this notice changes we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
