Who we are

Keplex is a product of Ground State Works. This notice explains what we collect when you join the waitlist and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect:

• The email address you enter.
• Your approximate location (country, region, and city), worked out from your network connection.
• The page you signed up on and the site that referred you.
• Your device and browser type.
• The date and time you signed up.

We do not ask for your name, your address, or any financial information to join the waitlist.

Why we collect it

• To confirm your interest and contact you when early access opens.
• To keep fake and automated signups off the list.
• To understand where genuine interest is coming from.

Who handles your data

We store waitlist contacts with Loops, our email service. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that signups come from real people, running silently in the background. Turnstile processes limited technical data for this check. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Both providers act on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your data.
• We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
• We do not set tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist data until you ask us to remove it or until the waitlist closes, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can leave the list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. To see or delete the data we hold about you, email privacy@keplex.ai and we will act on your request.
